To ensure fairness for both our clients and technicians, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will be free of charge. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 25% fee of the total service charge.
